We saw an opportunity to provide a broken industry with an honest, upfront-priced service, where homeowners and renters did not need to worry about bait-and-switch pricing, dishonest ads, and low-quality service. We provide pricing upfront, and always make the client aware of any possible changes to the job upfront.
Here at Scrub Squad, we analyze each job and match the service to the situation. Do carpets just need general extraction? We use a smaller machine so we can move faster for you. Do carpets need a lot of stain work? We adjust with our higher vacuum power extractor and use stronger solutions. This allows us to save money ourselves and pass those savings on to our customers. All resulting in VERY clean carpets.
We educate all of our customers. We set ourselves apart by explaining carpet health and best practices to all of our customers before we perform every job, so they know what to expect, and how to handle their homes going forward.
